Vegas Baby!!
O yes folks that right! I am off to Vegas yet again! I am especially excited for this trip because it is my very first unsupervised trip in my life! That’s right, no parents, no family! We will be going with three friends but I can’t say that they are any more “adult” than I am! We will be staying at Encore Las Vegas which is Steve Wynn’s new signature tower. We are probably going to see La Reve again which is so unbelievably fantastic I can’t use words to describe the experience. I have money in my bank account this time around which I believe will help me have a better trip than I have in the past. I am going to start online gambling now since I have never gambled for real in my life. I will be sure to bring back pictures and such because I know I will have to document this momentous occasion. Be excited for me and be very scared because Vegas brings out a very different side of Shayla than most people have seen, and this time I am totally unsupervised, with the exception of having Aaron beside me every step of the way!

In all my times going to Vegas, I have never been with friends who weren’t completely Broke. Lol. So yeah, the pictures of the Encore look AMAZING. okay here are some pictures to look at….

And you are so right, we are definately no more “adult” than you are. Infact, I think I am actually growing mentally younger.. is that possible? And you do need to gamble, at least a little. I won’t go too overboard though, I have learned my lesson. One time, when I was there, we won $4000 playing this “system” we had for Roulette. It was amazing… we won for 4 days straight, I took pictures of myself laying in a bed full of $20 dollar bills. By the time we flew home from that vacation we barely had cab fair to get back to the airport. We lost it alll in one day, in Treasure Island. I still hate that casino to this day. Thus the term, Leaving Lost Wages.
okay, and lastly… here is a video that is kinda lame, I guess. but I like the song in the background, and it kinda captures that weird feeling of leaving the hotel in vegas and driving back to Utah.
